As an office assistant / office power (w/m/d) you are well off with our customer, a private bank based in the city centre of Hamburg.

Tasks:

• Processing of customer requests by mail and telephone
• Support in the daily business, e.g. in the account opening and card exhibition
• Collection of customer master data
• Working with the locker service
• forwarding more specific requests to the bank advisors

Requirements profile:

• Completed commercial training
• (First) Professional experience in the commercial sector
• Very good German knowledge
• Joy of teamwork and fun communication with customers
