Our IT specialist clinics supervise the specialist IT procedures of the rehabilitation clinic group of the DRV Bund. Our 27 rehabilitation clinics at 21 locations are located in the most beautiful regions in Germany. A future-oriented and innovative clinic information system (KIS) is already implemented as a digital overall solution. With your commitment, you contribute decisively to successful digitization.

You act as the first respondent for the IT service staff on site in the rehabilitation clinics for further questions on IT processes and IT projects of the headquarters You are the interface between IT specialist clinics, specialist departments, projects and IT service employees on site in the rehabilitation clinics and ensure the flow of information You create concepts, instructions or training tasks on specific issues of IT in the clinics You also take over the coordination of activities and organizational tasks in the team (including knowledge management, team post basket) You are responsible for the incorporation of new IT service employees on site in the clinics You represent IT service employees on site in the clinics in absence

Successfully completed university education (Bachelor/Diplom/FH) in the IT, administration or economics field, or completed vocational training in the IT, administration or economics field, or a comparable long-term practical experience in the IT field Extensive knowledge and current experience of public administration processes (including budgeting, personnel planning, procurement) and/or in a hospital area of a public institution Experiences in technical IT support and IT service management are desirable When dealing with data protection and data security, you are safe and responsible readiness for occasional missions (in Germany) and for readiness to call, even outside regulated working hours (for example on weekends) Your process-oriented thinking supports you in your independent and dedicated work In addition, a high level of service orientation and communication
