Responsible project management: You take over the management of new construction and renovation projects in the field of bridge construction and engineering construction Creative cooperation: coordination and control of external engineering offices and experts to identify and drive innovative and sustainable solutions Versatile construction line: You are involved in all phases of the projects, from the invitation to tender via the building management to the billing. Function as contractor representation: They represent the city in the realization of projects and ensure smooth processes Responsibility for urban bridges: administration and support of over 150 bridges in the SIB building programme Quality assurance: ensuring regular and proper bridge checks and creating bridge books Technical advice and support: They advise on all questions concerning bridges and engineering structures Budget and cost management: They monitor the project budgets, create cost plans and take care of funding applications and ensuring compliance with cost and schedules Sustainable building: They work on the implementation of sustainable building concepts and energy-optimized solutions, in particular with regard to the longevity of buildings Project Reporting and Documentation: Regular preparation of project reports for the management and other decision-makers to document progress and ensure transparency Damage management and emergency measures: In the event of damage to buildings, coordinate emergency measures to secure and plan renovations

Complete study of the field of civil engineering with the direction of development of structural engineering or comparable discipline Professional experience in engineering, 5 to 10 years of experience would be desirable Recognised building inspector with valid V FIB certificate freedom of movement High level of use also on weekends and at nighttime Ability to control and technical processing of construction projects Knowledge of urban civil engineering is desirable Knowledge of Contract and Contract Law (HOAI, VOB, Funding Guidelines Altlast/VOL) Experience in handling AVA/Project Control Software (ITwo) Certain and independent operation driving licence class B
