You conduct complex, cross-departmental innovation projects in the Digital Innovation Lab and work closely with internal disciplines You bring your expertise to the user-centric development and validation of digital innovations – using Design Thinking, Lean Startup and Tech & Trend Scouting You evaluate and develop concepts holistically - with a view to customer value, technical feasibility and economic sustainability You are steering interdisciplinary teams from internal experts (m/w/d) and external partners (m/w/d) in an agile environment You work closely with stakeholders from business units, IT, design and development teams You implement prototypes or marketable pilots and introduce promising ideas into the series

You have a completed commercial or technical degree You have been able to gain several years of relevant professional experience in the described task You bring experience in Design Thinking, Lean Startup and agile methods with You are characterized by a pronounced entrepreneurial and analytical thinking as well as a flexible, independent way of working Power of persuasion, enforcing and team spirit are among your strengths Your hands-on skills and experience in the development of digital products and services complete your profile
