Servicemanager (m/w/d) We are looking for the Office for Digitization, Organization and IT (DO.IT) of the Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart. The body shall be filled in full time and indefinitely. The IT Service Management & Integration (SMI) office forms the clamp function between the internal customer organization and internal and external service providers. It develops the IT strategy, the IT roadmap and the IT service management of the Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart. With an optimized IT service portfolio adapted to the market and comprehensive IT services, it supports the digitization of the city of Stuttgart.

You take responsibility for the planning, control and further development of central IT services in the context of document digitalisation – with particular focus on the introduction and operation of E-Akte You design and standardize city-wide scanning processes, ensure their quality and ensure compliance with legal, data protection and archive requirements The development of strategic targets for economic and future-oriented scanning solutions, the evaluation of new technologies and the integration of digital input processes are also your tasks You control external service providers, create performance descriptions, respond to SLA compliance and the acceptance of external services and work closely with the bodies responsible for procurement procedures and contract controlling The technical development of the scanning infrastructure as well as the integration into the urban IT architecture and into the eAkte is your responsibility You work closely with IT architecture, application services, specialist offices, city archives and information security, and act as a central contact person for all scan-related IT services A change or addition of the task area is reserved.

A completed study in Business Informatics, Economics, Engineering or Computer Science or a comparable study programme with a technical or business focus Multiannual proven professional experience in IT, preferably in the field of IT service management, provider and service management or document management Funded knowledge in IT service management, preferably according to ITIL, and practical experience in the design and control of complex IT services in cooperation with external service providers Comprehensive understanding of legal and technical requirements in the context of document digitization Knowledge in the areas of infrastructure planning, process design, document management and ideal digital incoming mail, and ability to evaluate and integrate new technologies Very good oral and written expression in the German language (C1)
