Framework: Design, enhance, and maintain a group-wide compliance management system (CMS), including mandatory policies aligned with FCO guidelines while enabling local adaptations. Governance: Strengthen decentralized governance by enhancing compliance committees, implementing a matrix reporting structure, and ensuring transparency and accountability across units. Education: University degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field with a focus on Compliance, Risk, or Governance. Experience: Extensive professional experience in compliance, governance, or risk management within an international or matrix organization. Expertise: Proven hands-on experience with compliance frameworks, risk assessments, investigations, and internal controls.
