Basic assessment and collection of project tasks Creating cost estimates as a basis for funding Planning of refurbishment tasks in the field of steel construction, concrete construction and, if necessary, acidification Coordination of partner companies and engineering offices Internal communication with companies and clients Creation of approval documents, tenders and tenders Coordination of schedules Accounting and cost tracking Maintenance of in-house buildings, such as office buildings and laboratories

Experience in building and/or project management, or career starters (m/w/d) Knowledge building regulations, BayBo, VOB/B Friendly and binding communication Structured operation Good knowledge of MS Office applications SAP knowledge and AVA of advantage Experience in the industrial environment
