To strengthen our team we are looking for an experienced leader as: QUALITY ASSESSMENT (m/w/d) Behind our technological solutions is an interdisciplinary team of specialists who live precision, responsibility and continuous improvement. Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of currently 8 employees in the fields of documentation and measurement technology Training of employees Responsibility for measuring technology, inspection planning, incoming goods inspection and interim and final checks Ensuring a standard quality documentation according to customer requirements and aerospace standards (e.g. ECSS, EN 9100) Further development and optimization of test processes, measurement strategies and documentation standards Responsibility for test equipment management including calibration processes Close cooperation with Production, Engineering and Product Assurance Administrative management and further development of non-destructive testers in the areas: Optical testing Vertical flow test Ultrasound testing

Responsibility for steering faulty products: deviation management Support for Cause Analysis Definition and traceability of storage measures

Complete technical training (HTL, FH, University or comparable) in the field of mechanical engineering, mechatronics, materials engineering or comparable Multiannual professional experience in quality assurance within a regulated industrial environment, ideally in the aerospace industry Knowledge of measurement technology, testing methods and test equipment management Experience with quality standards such as EN 9100 and ISO 9001, ideally additionally ECSS leadership experience as well as pronounced social and communicative competence Structured, analytical and solution-oriented operation with high self-responsibility Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Experience with CAQ systems (e.g. Babtec) of advantage

Based on your training, qualification and professional experience, we offer an attractive, market-compliant entry salary from EUR 56,000,00 gross per year on a full-time basis.
