Then you can introduce yourself here: Cross-site support: You are ready to support both remotely and locally at other locations in the region. ISO certifications and audits: You are organising the preparation of regular ISO certifications and related audits according to prescribed regulations. Daily business and appointment management: You are responsible for the organisation of day-to-day business and compliance with time management, supported by a CAFM system and digital tools. Maintenance work and service provider control: You monitor maintenance work and control external service providers: inside a ticket system. Internal detours and office furniture: You coordinate and carry out internal relocations and support in office furniture. Commercial tasks and access management: You process orders and invoices and ensure digital access management as well as the physical key management. Object care and material delivery: Regular tours for object care and the provision of office material and other articles of everyday use are your tasks.

Vocational training: You have completed vocational training in a commercial or technical profession or in the hotel industry. Professional experience: Ideally, you bring professional experience. MS Office knowledge: You are safe in handling Outlook, teams, Excel and Word. Language knowledge: Very good German knowledge in word and writing as well as basic knowledge in English. Technical understanding and organizational strength: You can handle several tasks at the same time and have a good technical understanding. Self-employment and service orientation: You work independently and have a pronounced service idea. Work protection: You have a good understanding of occupational safety issues, such as compliance with the ASR. Communication capability: You'll be able to communicate with various speakers.
