Part-time nursing service manager in Hohenschönhausen (m/f/d)

The FSE nursing is a non-profit organization for the care of the elderly and has been offering full-time care in Berlin for over 20 years. In our four facilities (Treptow, Lankwitz, Marzahn, Hohenschönhausen) we work with a holistic care concept and offer, among other things, rontopsychiatric care and palliative care. For our facility in Woldegker Strasse 21, 13059 Berlin, we are looking for in parttime (30 hours) a nursing service (m/w/d).

Staff deployment planning Care degree management Compliance and compliance with the legally prescribed structure, process and result quality Staff management (contact person for the entire nursing staff, conduct regular employee talks, check the proper practice part of our trainees) Checking and ensuring correct maintenance documentation and participation in the implementation of the new personnel survey (PeBeM)

in addition to a completed training as a nurse (age caregiverin, nursein with a state-approved degree) Continuing training for responsible nursing staff according to the requirements of SGB XI or a completed nursing management study at least 2 years of management experience at residential/station/ department level within the last 5 years Experience in personnel deployment planning Business knowledge and IT skills
