Dispatcher Service Technology (m/f/d)

Internal support: You provide technical support for our technicians who are in use. You answer their questions and help solve technical problems with our construction cranes and devices. Problem solution: You analyze disorders and provide practical solutions so that our technicians are ready to use quickly and the projects remain on schedule. Exchange of knowledge: You organize internal training and workshops to inform our technicians about new technologies and best practices. Cooperation: You work closely with the technical teams and product developers to pass on feedback from the technicians and to encourage improvements.

You have a technical background, preferably in construction or mechanical engineering. You have excellent communication skills and can provide technical information clearly to your colleagues.
