Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Management (EPCM) – this is our mission. We successfully implement projects by overcoming the interfaces between planning, performance description and construction design. As a general project manager (w/m/d) EPCM, you will be able to introduce your strong design understanding and high quality standards in our pioneering projects. We are looking for you to realize our projects with passion for thoughtful design, technical excellence and sovereign project management agile. If you want to successfully implement our projects with the Lean method with your creative solutions, apply for these tasks: Organisational and Economic Project Management within our General Planning and EPCM Projects Strategic responsibility for the economic success of the project and efficient project execution Commercial project execution in the form of budgeting, risk assessment and generation of supplements Control of the complete planning team including external planning partners and coordination of cost creation and schedule Advise our customers, builders and taxes on the cooperation of internal sub-areas and responsibility for objectives and results Integral project processing by using lean methodology, digital processes and tools

Successfully completed studies in the field of architecture or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in a similar position with planning and/or project management responsibility as well as high competence in planning Found experience in integral project processing (IPA) such as the application of lean methodology Knowledge of agile working methods and digital processes Impressed leadership and communication skills and solution-oriented negotiation skills Own-responsible, conceptual, structured and cross-works work
