Consultation and support of employees:in the field of personnel in the application of SAP HCM Customizing requirements of the SAP HCM area Implementation of SAP application and program tests as well as system administration of the digital personal files and the applicant portal Interface to IT/HCM application development and first level support in the personnel sector Implementation of monthly payment including Results in SAP HCM

Completed studies (e.g. business information, business management with IT focus) or comparable training Multiannual professional experience in the SAP HCM region and safe handling of IT systems and tools Knowledge of the application and coordination of SAP HCM modules (e.g. personal administration, time management, organization management) Self-employment, strong social competence and communication skills, and ability to understand and optimize complex processes
