An employee or an employee for the SIEM team in the group “IT-Security Operations” of LBBW is requested. The candidate or candidate shall support the executives in the further development of the subject area.

Assessment of the SIEM Use Case coverage based on MITRE ATT&CK Framework and development of further alarm rules to close gaps Implementation of Threat Hunting and creation of necessary dashboards Further development of SIEM architecture and preparation of basic architecture decisions (e.g. handling multiple locations or cloud connections) Development and Improvement of Operational Security Incident Management Processes Concept of monitoring of privileged permissions by means of SIEM Takeover of readiness as Security Manager on Duty (approx. 6 weeks / year) Creation of a target image for the security monitoring of LBBW (architecture and processes)

The specific tasks are defined jointly after individual coordination based on personal strengths.

Deep knowledge and professional experience in IT security Expertise in the field of IT attack techniques - also experience in Pentesting or Red Teaming Experience in building, expanding and optimizing a security monitoring (requestably with splunk) and with SIEM architectures Understanding Microsoft Azure Optional: Experience in the professional management of a security team
