As HR Referent (m/w/d) with focus on recruiting, you will be able to get to know the recruiting in the A-Z staff services industry You are responsible for the successful occupation of open positions with our customer companies with high-level specialist and executives In direct exchange with the (key) account managers in your team, you control the entire recruiting process from the search for appropriate professionals to sign the contract and make sure that appropriate specialists are quickly and efficiently found and brought into the mediation process. In doing so, you act as a competent advocate for candidates and secure a positive Candidate Experience For the optimal approach, you will go creative ways: In addition to our Hays-internal talent pool, you’ll find appropriate experts in social networks such as Xing and LinkedIn and inspire them with new positions and collaboration with Hays By screening profiles and telephone and personal interviews, you independently meet a qualified pre-selection with regard to the respective position requirements, and thus significantly contribute to the successful occupation of positions In addition, you conduct payment and contract negotiations with the professionals and, after signing the contract, ensure a structured handover to your colleagues in employee care

You bring a completed study (e.g. in an economic, social or spiritual field) or a completed training (e.g. in the commercial or service sector) with Ideally, you could already earn the first Recruiting or Active Sourcing experience in the form of an internship, a work student activity or during your training - but we do not presuppose this.
