Global responsibility for the assigned VNA(Very Narrow Aisle) portfolio, in particular in the field of “Vertical Commissioner in the Breitganglager” (Wide Aisle Order Picker) Strategic portfolio development with influence on market orientation and the design and implementation of market-oriented product strategies and roadmaps Project management in strategically relevant development projects including Reporting to Steering Circles and Management Board Technical guidance and responsibility of the request phase up to the load specification release incl. Coordination with internal and external stakeholders in all project phases Creation and coordination of decision documents for bodies in the matrix organisation Conception, planning and implementation of market, competition and usage analyses (internal/external) Monitoring of relevant KPIs and, where appropriate, deriving and implementing measures with stakeholders from sales and technology

Complete commercial or technical studies (Bachelor, Master/Diplom) in BWL, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Vehicle Technology, Product or Technology Management or comparable Multiannual experience in B2B product management with demonstrable successes and application security in the methods of request analysis, market positioning and strategy development Entrepreneurial thinking and action, strategic (decision)strength, intercultural competence Embossed technical understanding and safe handling of MS Office, SAP, ideally also with AI/AI tools “Macher-/Leadership mentality” with independent, committed and solution-oriented working methods, communication and enforcement strength, negotiation skills and team skills and network competence in complex matrix organisations Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Standby for missions (approx. 20%)
