Industrial painter (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Preparation of surfaces: grinding, cleaning and primer of various materials, especially large metal parts
• Application of paints and coatings: Application of paints, paints and protective coatings by brush, roller or spraying (e.g. airless or compressed air spraying).
• Quality check: Quality, smoothness and opacity check, as well as improvement if required.
• Mixing of varnishes:Mixing of paints and varnishes according to specifications to achieve the desired colour result.
• Work according to specifications and plans: Implementation of work instructions taking into account safety and environmental regulations.
• Pflege and maintenance of work equipment: Cleaning and maintenance of spray guns, paint booths and other tools.

= qualification

• Occupational experience or completed training as painters, vehicle painters or a comparable qualification in the field of surface finishing
• Knowledge in handling various painting processes (e.g. spray coating, airless, compressed air processes)
• Safe handling with painting and grinding machines as well as the ability to mix varnishes professionally
• Good eye for details and careful work, especially in the preparation and control of the surfaces
• Current load capacity to provide consistently high quality even for larger projects or repeated work
• Teamability and the ability to work independently and targeted
• Flexibility and willingness to quickly adjust to different applications and requirements
• Class B
