Diagnostics and assessment of speech, speech, voice and swallow disorders Development, implementation and evaluation of individual therapy concepts Individual sessions, group treatments and promotions at school, clinic or practice Documentation of therapy procedures, findings and achievement Creation of funding plans, target agreements and regular success controls Advice and guidance of parents, teachers and other subjects Interdisciplinary cooperation with doctors, therapists, educators and other disciplines Monitoring, measurement and adaptation of treatment strategies according to evidence-based practice Hygienic treatment of therapy rooms and therapy equipment Organisation and administration of appointments, materials and resources Participation in Supervision/Delegated Training for Quality and Professional Development Advice on prevention, early funding and language support programmes Use of documentation and accounting software

State-approved/logopaedic degree Diagnostic skills to assess speech, speech, voice and swallow disorders Planning, implementation and evaluation of therapies (individual and in groups) Evidence-based therapy methods (e.g. speech development disorders, speech disorders, aphasia, dysarthry, swallowing disorders) Methods of observation, documentation and target agreement Changes tracking, measurable target definitions, regular evaluation of progress Taking into account development levels, age and individual needs Cooperation with doctors, physiotherapists, ergotherapists, teachers, parents and Members Empathy, clear client-oriented communication, consultation of relatives careful documentation of therapy procedures, findings and cost assumptions Ready to continue professional training, participation in Supervison or Intervision Experiences with specific disorder images (ADHS, Autism-Spektrum-Störungen (ASS), learning weaknesses (LRS/Dyskalkulie) Experience or interest in working with children, young people and adults Team skills Flexibility, reliability, patient-centered attitude willingness to cooperate and grow in the long term
