(Junior) Coach Automotive Trade

We are looking for a (Junior) coach to run retail coaching programs in the BMW trade organization. In this role, you perform various tasks in the field of aftersales. You perform process and system coaching to improve efficiency and quality in this area. In addition, you analyze business performance indicators as well as existing processes and structures to identify potential for improvement. An important part of your work is the implementation of strategies to increase performance. This includes optimising the digital customer journey to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction. The focus of this activity is on cooperation with the trader as well as on the realization and monitoring of measures. As a coach, you provide assistance in the implementation of change, for example through the implementation of workshops. You act as an interface between BMW AG and the trade organization.

Ideally, you have gained first experience in coaching, training or consulting – or you want to develop further in the future as a coach in trade. You bring a basic understanding of business performance figures and you already have knowledge of processes and systems in the aftersales sector, preferably BMW. It is advantageous if you had first contact points with Business Development in car trading. As a junior coach, you are characterized by a safe appearance, high empathy and sensitivity in handling change processes. You are ready to travel regularly and master the current MS Office applications. Experiences in automotive trade complete your profile and become a valuable member of our team.
