Own-sponsored implementation of national and EU-wide award procedures via the electronic award platform for the assignment of external architecture and engineering offices Preparation and content preparation of the award documents including the contract notice Creating contracts by type of contract Evaluation of requests for participation and offers based on pre-defined criteria Organisation and moderation of negotiations with tenderers Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Development of standards and processes of the Central Procurement Centre – in particular optimisation of the form and documentation standards

Compulsory conditions Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Basic knowledge and experience in building management and procurement law, in particular in the field of VgV and UVgO, knowledge in the right of remuneration (HOAI, AHO) Professional experience in the procurement law of public construction measures as well as in the conclusion of contracts on architectural and engineering services are advantageous Secure user knowledge in particular of MS Office programs You organize themselves, keep an overview in complex procedures and act reliably within the legal framework You are going up safely, communicating clearly and bringing topics constructively forward in exchange with internal and external partners You like to work in the team, share knowledge and continue to develop professionally and personally Existence of the extended safety review pursuant to § 15 para. 2 VSA SH
