Acquisition of new customers with real estate or Financing request and guidance of prospective discussions. Meeting credit decisions in the context of self-competence, taking into account risk and yield points, mainly by platform logic. Creating cross-selling degrees and identifying further business potential, therefore also active transfers to the customer advisor and the joint ventures

Your profile for the Kiel Volksbank eG as a private customer real estate financing specialist (m/w/d) at Kiel Volksbank eG You have a completed training as a bank merchant and experience and special knowledge in real estate financing. You have a high degree of sales strength and solution orientation as well as a pronounced customer and service orientation. You have a good negotiating strength, paired with sovereign appearance and maintain a structured and binding operation. You enjoy the participation of a very dynamic business field as well as constant change.

For this position, depending on the qualification and level of experience, we move in the VGB3 (Junior Eingruppierung) to VGC2 of the VTV.
