Customer support for the Backware Knäckebrot division Processing and control of order intakes, order confirmations and invoices Examination and coordination of customer orders for feasibility with the production, purchasing, logistics and financial accounting departments (including stock inspection) Creation of returns and credits Maintenance of customer-specific pricing and conditions in SAP Control of payment receipt and clarification of notices Processing of the mailing and exit as well as care of the telephone center Coordination and dispatch of samples Data preparation and production of statistics, protocols and presentations Weekly production planning and adaptation Collection of daily production data in SAP

completed commercial training, e.g. in the field of industrial or wholesale and foreign trade management, or a comparable qualification Ideally 2 - 3 years of professional experience in the internal sales service with export knowledge or in a comparable position of advantage flowing German and good English knowledge in word and writing Experience in customer care Safe handling of MS Office and ERP systems; SAP knowledge is advantageous High level of customer orientation and good understanding of customer needs Embossed communication skills and a friendly appearance on the phone and by email Teamability and willingness to cross-departmental cooperation Self-certificate occurrence, resilience, enforcement ability and outcome orientation
