Social Media Manager (m/f/d)

You develop content and social media ideas for Mainka and the companies of our group of companies, prepare relevant topics according to target groups and make sure that our communication is understandable and authentic You plan, tax and realize social media contributions and campaigns together with our communication team from idea to publication, analyze their performance and guide optimizations for future content You create content for our channels, in particular Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook, and create short videos for reels, stories and other formats You accompany projects, construction sites, events and employee stories on site, and you are close to our communication team as well as internal contact persons and specialist areas. You will follow trends and platform developments and keep editorial plans, publications and deadlines in mind

You bring experience in social media management or in a comparable communication role and have already successfully planned and implemented campaigns You bring the willingness to be on the move with occasions on construction sites, events and at our sites, understand the requirements of industrial construction and deal responsibly with sensitive information You have a sense of topics, people and trends and know how relevant content is created for different audiences You are safe in handling Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook and have experience in creating photo and video content including editing and editing You work independently, structured and reliable, go open to people and value cooperation with different disciplines
