(Senior) Consultant Process Management & Auditing - Financial Services

Global consulting and auditing: In your role, you accompany national and international clients:in the financial and insurance sector in consulting and auditing orders. Sustainability reporting in the IKS: You develop existing processes of sustainability reporting and integrate them into the requirements of the internal control system. Assurance performance and accounting: You support audit certificates according to ISAE 3000, ISAE 3402 and other assurance services and advise on accounting and accounting issues, including the preparation of annual and consolidated financial statements according to HGB and IFRS. Internal auditing and process optimization: Together with your team, you analyze and optimize internal audit processes, participate in co-sourcing/full sourcing tests and carry out quality assessments. Digitalization of the internal cotroll system: You develop innovative solutions for digitizing internal control systems (“Digitized ICS”) and accompany their implementation with our client:innen. Project management and networking: In (partial) project management, you take responsibility, efficiently manage teams to succeed and continuously expand your professional network within the financial and insurance industry.

Successfully completed studies in economics, business informatics or business engineering – alternatively you bring a comparable qualification with a focus in the financial or insurance industry. First practical experience in process consulting, in the field of internal controls, in internal audit or in one of our focus sectors – credit institutions, insurance companies, asset management or real estate companies – are yours. Analytical thinking and digital affinity: You work structured, think analytic and have a pronounced affinity for numbers as well as for digital developments and trends. Regulatory understanding and communication strength: You have first knowledge of relevant topics and regulatory requirements (e.g. MaRisk, MaGo) and convince by your strong communication and presentation skills in German (C1 level) and English. Teamwork and flexibility: With your willingness to travel and pleasure in working with interdisciplinary teams, you contribute to successfully mastering the challenges of the future together with your colleagues.
