Own-responsible commercial management of rental and/or WEG objects Contact person for owners, tenants, advisers and servants in all matters of object care Control, commissioning and control of craftsmen, master services and external service providers Rental Contract Management: New Rental, Contract Adaptations, Mahnwesen Implementation of owner decisions and ensuring compliance with legal requirements (including WEG law, BetrKV) Creation of economic plans as well as side and operating expenses Close coordination with the accounting and maintenance of the object and contract data in the DOMUS administration software

You have completed training as a real estate businessman or a comparable commercial qualification. You can control Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) safely.
