Your duties In this newly created leadership position you combine deep expertise in accounting with a modern, motivating leadership style. They take responsibility for a seven-member team, actively shape processes and jointly ensure reliable, transparent and forward-looking financial reporting. • Leadership & Development: They take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of a seven-member team. You create a motivating working environment, promote strengths, accompany change processes and drive forward the professional development of your employees. • Final security: They are responsible for preparing the monthly, half-year and annual accounts according to HGB and IFRS – precisely, on time and with a view to the essentials. • Group consolidation: They coordinate the consolidation in the Group, agree on intra-group bookings and ensure transparent and reliable figures. • Intercompany votes: They control group-wide voting and make sure that processes and bookings interfere smoothly. • System competence: They work routined with SAP FI and actively drive process improvements in financial accounting. • Additional topics (optional): experience in plant accounting and reporting is desirable – alternatively, we look forward to your willingness to work in.

Your profile • Professional experience: Multiannual experience as an account holder*in or in a comparable position – ideally in the international environment. • Leadership: Multiannual experience in the leadership of employees and a clear motivation to take over a team leadership. • Expertise: Knowledge gained in the preparation of financial statements according to HGB and IFRS as well as in Group consolidation. • System experience: Very good knowledge in handling SAP, especially in the R3 module. • Communication strength: Good English knowledge in word and writing and clear, solution-oriented communication. • Working: Structured, independent and with a high quality standards – paired with a positive, empirical guiding style.
