The area of investment support supports the cooperative banks to find and maintain public funding programmes for their investment projects (e.g. from the KfW loan facility). The focus is on investments in climate change, environment, globalisation, social change and digitalisation and innovation. Our further development investment promotion department offers you exciting and varied tasks on the topics of digitalization & innovation, funding processes and principle (including controlling & planning). Your responsible tasks include, in particular, cooperation in building a Data Lake solution and other projects to further develop existing reporting and analysis capabilities for both internal and external purposes. In your 12-month trainee program with an individual run-through plan, you will be active in the different units of the further development of investment promotion. The location of your activity is Düsseldorf or Frankfurt am Main. In addition, you have the opportunity to invest in other units of the region. This allows you to get to know the different units and cross-sectional functions of our area and build your network.

You have a successfully completed master's degree in full-time (summary 2.5 or better), in the fields of economics, business informatics or a technical natural science course. You are characterized by reliability, solution orientation and a pronounced analytical thinking capability, so that you can drive complex questions in different, cross-area teams. You bring a high degree of self-initiative, you will be happy to develop and give new impulses to actively shape the further development of the investment promotion area. You can express yourself in German and English (mind. C1) in a safe manner.

Perspective: You start with an indefinite contract and a salary of EUR 68,000 during and EUR 74,000 after the trainee program.
