As a helper (m/w/d) in food production, you are an indispensable part of our team in Edewecht. Your work ensures that high-quality products are manufactured safely and efficiently. Whether you have already gained first experience in the food industry or want to start your career as a cross-comer, you are welcome in this role. You will be active in a dynamic and versatile working environment that requires both teamwork and independent work.

• You support the production and packaging of food according to predefined standards.
• You perform simple machine operations and quality controls.
• You're paying attention to compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
• You contribute to the production processes running smoothly and on time.
• You keep your workplace clean and organized and supported in general tasks.

We are looking for

To be successful in this position, bring a positive attitude and interest in food production. Pre-knowledge is not absolutely necessary – we look forward to working you comprehensively!

• You have a good understanding of hygiene and work safety.
• You have a quick understanding and are ready to learn new things.
• You like working in the team and are reliable.
• You take up to five shifts a month (mainly from Monday to Friday).
• You have good German skills.
• Ideally, you already have experience in production – but this is not a prerequisite.
• You are physically resilient and can work in a fast working environment.
