Referent Recht (Jurist) (m/w/d)

As a self-governing organisation of the economy, the Braunschweig Chamber of Industry and Commerce represents the total interests of around 43,000 mostly medium-sized enterprises in the cities of Braunschweig and Salzgitter as well as in the counties Goslar, Helmstedt, Peine and Wolfenbüttel. The IHK Braunschweig is looking for a Referent Right (Jurist) (m/w/d) at the parental time office at the earliest (due to two years).

· Advising member companies on legal matters (economic, commercial, commercial, corporate, competition, vocational training, labour and civil law) · Examination of internal legal issues, e.g. in the case of authorisation procedures or in the case of contracts by the IHK · Coordination and participation of procurement procedures · Development of position papers and opinions on political decision-makers and legislative procedures at national and federal level and on authorities (e.g. register courts) · Examination of the legal basis of the IHK Braunschweig incl. Coordination and coordination with legal supervision · Content maintenance of the website on legal topics · Design and implementation of events · Creating leaflets, articles and publications

· Complete study of legal sciences (full lawyer) in both legal state examina · First professional experience in legal matters, particularly in chamber and administrative law, desirable · Self-employed and targeted working and high organisational capacity as well as team spirit · Ability to capture complex facts analytically quickly and to communicate them to others · Communication strength and high service orientation · Excellent MS office skills
