In our IT department, we bundle all threads for the digital transformation at Getränke Hoffmann. Our teams are specialized in POS systems, Data Engineering & Analytics, Data Science, software development, networks and administration, IT security, ERP and IT project management. Our mission is to develop Drink Hoffmann into a data-driven digital trading company that is ready for any upcoming challenge!

We are looking for YOU as ''Head of IT Cash Systems Retail''' in full time for our team in Blankenfelde-Mahlow.

Strategic management of the Filial-IT incl. further development of the POS strategy You are a technical contact for our branch offices at IT offices and concerns - readiness / Filialhotline from Monday to Saturday You take the holistic responsibility for our cash systems including Software, hardware and all peripherals Ensuring the IT operation of cash registers, MDE devices and other store hardware You plan and realize rollouts, updates and migrations You work closely with specialist departments such as marketing, sales and purchasing to optimally integrate IT processes into the corporate strategy You ensure that all IT security and data protection requirements are complied with Proactive monitoring and systematic troubleshooting to reduce downtime and ensure smooth running

You have at least five years of professional experience in IT support, system administration or software development – ideally in trade Finding knowledge in retail, preferably in food retail, distinguish yourself You have controlled management experience and projects independently and proven that you master organisation and implementation Funded knowledge in cash register systems and their periphery as well as ideally in connection with further branch systems You bring solid technical foundations into network technologies, operating systems and IT infrastructures in the retail environment Embossed service orientation, communication strength and organizational skills are among your strengths Hands-on mentality and willingness to work together Travel and flexibility are of course for you – you feel comfortable in a dynamic, practical business environment
