Team Leader Payroll (m/f/d)

Monitoring the timely and orderly calculation of wages, salaries, social insurance contributions, taxes and other deductions Contact person (m/w/d) for employees, managers and external bodies (e.g. social insurance providers, financial authorities and offices) Ensuring and complying with statutory requirements, tariff regulations and implementing revised changes in the area of wage tax and social insurance Leadership, motivation and further development of the team of wage accounting (currently 5 employees) including the incorporation of new colleagues and the implementation of regular team and individual discussions Ensuring effective work distribution, resource planning and data quality within the team Identification and implementation of improvement measures and imple­mentation of efficient workflows in wage and salary accounting Compilation of evaluations, reports and statistics as well as close cooperation with financial accounting and monitoring of social insurance and pay tax external audits

(m/w/d) and/or a commercial training with a further training to the wage and salary account holder (m/w/d) as well as several years of professional experience in pay accounting, ideally with a first management experience Knowledge of labour, social security and wage tax law A secure handling of wage programs (ideal ''edlohn') and the MS Office package A high level of initiative, flexibility and motivation A structured, careful and self-employed way of working Joy of work in the team and very good communication skills and a sovereign performance
