Student trainee in Human Resources Management & Recruiting (m/f/d)

As a working student:in Personalmanagement & Recruiting (m/w/d) you are part of a small team of HR student:inside and take on the following, diverse tasks: Recruiting and Application Management: You support the recruitment of new interns:inside, working student:inside and professional. You coordinate the application process, organize appointments and publish job advertisements. Operational support: In the daily business, you support us, for example, in the creation of certificates, processing of applications and other administrative tasks. Technical support: You support the onboarding of new intern:inside and working students (e.g. in SAP system maintenance and contract request). Project work: You are involved in our diverse HR projects and have the opportunity to independently take over small subprojects, e.g. within the framework of our network for interns:innen und Werkstudent.

Study: You are at least 1 year registered:r Student:in Business Administration, Economics or Social Sciences with a focus on staff. Human orientation: Dealing with people is your passion, which is why you care for a friendly but sovereign approach. Organisational strength: You work structured, self-responsible and keep an overview even in challenging situations. Own initiative: If a process is not described to detail, you will find your path pragmatically and solution-oriented. Team skills: Communication strength and team spirit are of course for you. Tools: You are safe to use MS Office products and have already gained initial experience with SAP. Language skills: You have fluent German language skills in word and writing (CEFR level C1 or higher).
