Together for excellence. The Hamburg plant produces axles and axle components as well as steering columns, iSG, crossbeams and pedal systems. In the direct environment of the factory management, you take responsibility for internal communication and drive your own communication projects at the Hamburg plant. You bring information to the point, develop appropriate communication formats and ensure that messages reach employees effectively. These challenges include: You actively shape internal communication by creating and developing newsletters as well as contributions to the social intranet To make sure that relevant information is communicated clearly, understandably and targeted to the employees

You develop measures to strengthen the employee engagement and support formats and initiatives that promote the exchange, identification and participation of the workforce You actively support the planning, coordination and implementation of projects that are of strategic importance for the management of the work, and advance it in a structured manner You carry out analyses and evaluations, prepare data systematically and interpret it to support sound decisions Your results are available in reports and presentations

The activity can begin from August 2026.

Studies in Business Administration, Communications Studies or a comparable degree course related to Communication, Organisation or Management Very pronounced written and oral communication skills as well as a secure sense of target-group-oriented internal speech First experience in project management, ideally in the context of communication, change or internal initiatives, as well as the ability to structure and coordinate tasks and projects independently Creative and conceptual thinking, especially in the development of communication formats and measures to promote employee engagement Very good knowledge in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Word, for professional creation of presentations and communication materials.
