Implementation of internal audits within a given timeframe including appropriate documentation of the results in work documents and audit reports and participation in the preparation of audit programmes Assessment of the efficiency and effectiveness of business activities and identification of vulnerabilities and development of recommendations to improve the existing organisation of the enterprise and the procedures of the internal control system Reporting to the audit manager and participation in the performance of the audit plan, the follow-up of the audit recommendations and the further development of the audit department Close international cooperation with the specialist departments of MAPFRE S.A. Implementation of further audit-related activities to support all tasks of the revision department

Complete study with relevant focus such as auditing, financial services or economics Professional experience in internal audit Experience in the financial services industry is desirable Very good analytical skills, enforcement and integrity Impressed communication skills as well as high social competence and team orientation Routinized handling of MS Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing for the reporting and documentation of the exams to our Spanish parent company, Spanish knowledge of advantage
