(Junior) Art Director Branding/Creative Communication (m/w/d)

Your role: Do you want to actively shape the brand world of Blume2000 and further develop our appearance on all channels? Then you're right with us! As (Junior) Art Director Branding/Creative Communication (m/w/d) in part-time (30h) you take the creative responsibility for our brand communication – online and offline. You develop innovative campaigns, design visual concepts and ensure a uniform brand presentation across all touchpoints. With your sense of trends, design and storytelling, you bring our brand to the next level.

Your tasks: Developing brand appearance: You shape the visual appearance of Blume2000 and continuously develop our corporate identity.

Design campaigns: you develop creative advertising measures and campaigns for different channels – from print to social media.

Reconfiguring ideas: You create designs, illustrations and graphics that visually strengthen our brand.

Control brand communication: You make sure that our visual language remains consistent across all touchpoints.

Cooperation with specialist areas: You work closely with purchasing, HR, performance marketing and CSR to ensure a uniform brand appearance.

Storytelling & Advertising: You develop claims, headlines and copy texts for our campaigns.

Image editing & Video editing: You edit images and edit videos in collaboration with our in-house photographer.

Print production & clean drawing: You create printable data and agree with external service providers.

Your profile: A completed study in the field of design, graphics, branding and 2-3 years of relevant professional experience

Secure handling of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office

Experience in print and online production, web design and printing technology

Creativity and a strong (trend) sense for high-quality design, advertising texts and social media trends

Communication strength (very good knowledge of German) and team skills

Analytical thinking and time management

Ideally located in Hamburg as it is not a fully remote job
