Patient Survey Assistant (m/f/d)

The Sophien- and Hufeland-Klinikum gGmbH, Academic Teaching Hospital of the University Hospital Jena, fulfils regional and supra-regional care tasks as a modern acute hospital with over 600 beds in 16 clinics. To support our Quality Management team, we are looking for

EXPENDITURE (M/W/D)

in full time limited for carrying out patient survey from 17.08.2026 to 10.10.2026.

Are you a student (m/w/d), a pensioner (m/w/d) or currently available in a flexible and short term?

Then you will support us in carrying out a patient survey in our house!

PREPARATIONS FOR THE ACTIVITIES:

• safe handling of MS Office (especially Excel)
• friendly appearance
• good communication skills
• Empathy for our patients
• complete maize vaccination

YEAR:

• personal interview of patients with the help of a tablet

HAVE:

• flexible working hours, Mo-Fr, as required also Saturdays
• Working conditions and remuneration according to AVR Diakonie Central Germany
