ILS-Manager (m/w/d)

Our customer is a leading provider of defense and security solutions with a special expertise in the development of state-of-the-art technologies. The location in Bremen focuses on the development, production and integration of systems for military land mobility, communication and surveillance.

We are looking for you as an ILS Manager / Maintenance and Logistics Coordinator (m/w/d) in full time (40 hours/week) at the Bremen-Vegesack site. You can expect exciting, interdisciplinary and international projects, as well as a takeover option in a permanent position after the project duration.

Its main task is to ensure the holistic planning, control and implementation of logistical support throughout its life cycle. The aim is to ensure the availability, reliability and cost-effectiveness of the system while minimising the life cycle costs (total cost of ownership, TCO). In coordination with the ILS Manager Level 3, responsible implementation of the performance and quality planning and implementation of the project-related ILS activities in small to medium-sized projects/work packages Creation and Control of Logistics Support Analyses, such as Logistic Support Analyses (LSA) and Life Cycle Cost Analyses (LCC) as well as Availability, Reliability and Spare Parts Calculations (RAM) Creation of project-related logistical documents (ILS / LSA plans, training and maintenance documents) ILS workshops (internal and external) as well as planning, implementation, and control of ILS / LSA management in projects and after sales Creation of material conservation and obsolescence management concepts and adaptation of the spare parts requirement Creation of technical-logistic concepts (TLB), as well as coordination of the implementation and support of sales in the supply creation of logistics, maintenance and operation Ensuring the testing and wartability of products and systems in the operating phase

Studies, for example, from the field of economic engineering, mechanical engineering, system engineering, military engineering or armor management or equivalent as well as several years of professional experience in the field of application Professional experience, e.g. as ILS Manager, Maintenance and Logistics Coordinator, Technical Support Manager (m/w/d), Defense Logistics Manager, Maintenance and Support Engineer, Reliability Engineer, Supportability Manager, Logistic Program Manager (m/f/d) Experience and knowledge in ILS / LSA / LSAR, MIL-STD-1388-2A/2B, ASD specifications and/or equivalent procedures desirable Experience in the creation of material conservation plans, maintenance and training concepts Experience in technical documentation, e.g. S1000D and S2000M Ability to analyse and further process design/construction documents in relation to logistical concerns Experience in the creation of logistical shares in technical offers Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing (safety relevant)
