Support the exchange: You are in constant contact with employees and colleagues to ensure smooth communication and cooperation. Organize and document: Take full processing and complete documentation of all requests in the ticket system. Set inquiries immediately: Classify employee requests quickly and efficiently to ensure quick processing. Analyze and troubleshoot: perform precise fault analyses and eliminate technical disturbances as soon as possible. Proactive problem solutions: Dissolve IT problems at 1st and 2nd levels independently, especially in the Microsoft® technologies (Windows Clients, Windows 11 and Office 365, mobile devices). Careful forwarding: decide whether a problem can be solved immediately or must be forwarded to a specialist. Licensing Management: Ideally, use your experience in license management to optimally support our IT infrastructure.

Qualified IT expert: you have completed training in the IT sector or a comparable qualification. Experienced Helpdesk-Professional: You bring well-founded experiences in setting up and using Helpdesk systems and are versed in handling user requests. Technic affinity: Your good knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS Office applications are safe and efficient. Team player with communication strength: They are characterized by team skills, excellent communication skills and a high level of service thinking and customer orientation. Proactive and solution-oriented: your independent working and solution-oriented approach make you a valuable member of our team. Language: You have good knowledge of German and English that will help you communicate effectively.
