You learn the skills of a farmer with a focus on sales and grows piece by piece into sales-relevant tasks, processes and analyses In the 3 years you combine theory & practice in the dual change model (theory at the DHBW Heilbronn, practical phases within your sales cluster at the DPD site) You participate in sales projects and perform independent tasks in the operational daily business You support the analysis and improvement of business processes and the creation of reports and decision templates You apply your theoretical knowledge from sales management, customer management, market analysis, sales controlling and negotiation techniques directly in practice You are working on case studies and project work to deepen your business knowledge You work closely with a mentor and build a professional network through corporate events, trade fairs and network meetings
