The ERPEKA gGmbH is a device for the combined medical and professional rehabilitation of mentally ill and disabled people as well as of people with double diagnosis. Psychologist / Psychologists (m/w/d)

in parttime – suitable for professional reincomers. With the pre- and post-handlers and the enterprises of the region there are very good cooperations. Our psychological service offers a varied and interesting activity in a motivated and collegial team. It is an innovative workplace with design possibilities. A hospitation is possible after consultation.

Your tasks

• Conduct psychological individual talks including crisis intervention

• Leading indicative group offers

• Creating behavioral therapy plans, their implementation, adaptation according to the course of therapy and evaluation of the success of therapy, including using the ICF

• Documentation and reporting

• Regular advice and support of the therapeutic team

• Psychological test diagnostics with the integration of results into individual rehabilitation planning

• Participation in Reha teams, case plans and Supervision

• active participation in concept development and innovation

Your profile

• Master or Diploma in Psychology

• a personality with socially psychological interest

• Rehabilitate oriented and value-adding work in the multi-professional team

• a dedicated, responsible and team-oriented personality

• broad psychiatric psychotherapy

• a therapeutic additional qualification in a recognised procedure is advantageous

• independent work

Our working conditions are comparable to those of the public service: a tariff compensation with special payment of the year and employer contributions to the company pension scheme, grants to the asset-effective services and the job ticket. We also offer free use of adjacent sports facilities at our headquarters. Our residence is easily accessible by car and public transport. Kaulbachplatz Underground Station is located right in front of the front door.

We work on an ambitious social-psychiatric-rehabilitative approach. We are therefore constantly promoting our employees through internal and external training and training and supporting them in their tasks through accompanying supervision.
