You take over the business management of several companies and are the central contact person for management, commercial lines and departments. Control costs transparently: you analyze the cost development at the level of company and savings, perform target-actual comparisons and deviation analyses and conduct appropriate measures. Planning & Forecast: You plan and forecast cost center planning as well as forecasts for general business costs and manufacturing community costs and continuously develop them. Risks & potentials: You identify financial risks, savings potentials and optimization options and prepare concrete recommendations for action. Reporting: You create meaningful reports, key figures and management evaluations and ensure understandable and decision-oriented preparation. Control cost centers and deposits: You check and clean cost centers, perform cross-company transfers and ensure a transparent and auditable cost accounting. Process digitization: You bring your own ideas, optimierst controlling processes and drive their digitalization and automation forward. Actively shape projects: You work in cross-company and cross-species projects and support close cooperation between commercial and operational areas.

Educational background: You have a completed degree in Business Administration, Economics or a comparable commercial qualification with a focus on controlling or finance. Professional experience: You have professional experience in corporate, equity or cost controlling and are familiar with planning, forecasting and reporting processes. Affinity for numbers: You have a pronounced analytical way of thinking, recognize relationships quickly and can derive concrete recommendations from figures. Software knowledge: You work with Microsoft Excel and ideally with ERP, business intelligence or controlling systems. Interest in the automation and digitization of processes completes your profile. Working methods: You work structured, carefully and solution-oriented, take responsibility for your topics and make them mandatory.
