As a district manager, You lead and develop a team of over ten external service workers with a focus on construction companies. You take on the strategic and operational responsibility as well as the sales responsibility for your field of services and ensure growth and customer production through targeted measures. You help their employees to gain and focus on a uniform level of knowledge about the central tools and processes in the commercial customer processing. You systematically work on new employees and accompany them through targeted coaching trips. You design motivating conferences for your field staff.

You have completed economic studies or commercial training with continuing vocational training. You have several years of experience in sales, ideally in the construction sector and also have leadership experience. You are highly conceptual and organisational and are characterized by high motivation and communication skills. You have a high degree of self-responsibility, flexibility and a healthy level of enforcement. You bring a high commitment and travel readiness. You have good MS Office and SAP knowledge.
