Hand in hand with Inhouse Consulting – Strategic project management as well as our specialist and product areas actively participate in the existing Junior Project Manager (JPL) programme; The JPL programme, which is cross-site, forms the internal training framework for future project managers at Diehl Defence. First, you will learn about the project management and the multi-site processes of Diehl Defence, as well as our culture and working methods; support the personal and professional development of our junior project managers; take an advisory role at our site in Röthenbach and pass on your methodological and interpersonal knowledge as a contact person. At the same time, you are a cutting point for our specialist or Product areas and contribute to the design of the needs-oriented use of our junior project managers within the organization. Furthermore, our cross-site team supports you by introducing methodological approaches, for example in the implementation of workshops or training.

A completed study in the field of economic psychology, economic pedagogy or BWL with a focus on staff is the ideal precondition for this position. You already have professional experience in the field of human resources development or HR Learning & Development. At best, you are already familiar with project management and have further education in the field of adult education or the (business) coach (m/w/d) with the subject of personnel development. Furthermore, you are characterized by a strategic and conceptual way of working. Your open-minded, empathic way as well as your effective communication capability – also in English – will bring you to the team.
