Your task

Further development of our consulting and performance portfolio around Model-Based Definition (MBD), 3D-Master and Digital Thread Consulting our customers in designing, introducing and developing model-based and continuous engineering processes Analysis and optimization of development processes, information flows and tool chains Development of methods and solutions for model-based product definitions and the cross-system and cross-company exchange of engineering data Management and control of demanding customer projects and central contact person for customers and project partners Technical support of the team in complex issues and ensuring high consulting and project quality Professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of the team Coordination of resources, competencies and utilisation within the team Support for sales and marketing in the further development of the topic field as well as in the acquisition of new customers and projects Presentation of the topic to customers, partners and specialist events

Complete technical studies Multiannual professional experience in digital engineering and Production process Knowledge in Model-Based Definition, Model-Based Engineering and Digital Thread Very good understanding of product development processes as well as adjacent engineering and manufacturing processes Finded knowledge in at least one CAD system (e.g. CATIA, NX or Creo) and in dealing with neutral formats (e.g. STEP or JT) and standards Experience with 3D master concepts, Product Manufacturing Information (PMI) and digital data exchange processes Knowledge of process and information modelling as well as the handling of structured data Experience in managing and managing complex customer projects First or multi-year experience in professional or disciplinary leadership Embossed customer orientation, communication strength and a safe occurrence Very good knowledge of German and English and flexibility and mobility
