The leadership, motivation and further development of a dedicated service and customer service team are in your hands. Service operations and maintenance work on small plants are planned, organized and reliably monitored by you. As a central contact person for our customers, you contribute significantly to satisfaction and care for long-term relationships. You pay attention to compliance with all relevant standards, regulations and legal regulations. With a view to efficiency, you analyze existing processes and continuously develop them. The economic management of the service area is also your responsibility.

A completed study of energy and building technology, utility technology or a comparable qualification as a technician or master (m/w/d) forms the technical basis. Multiannual professional experience, ideally complemented by leadership experience, distinguishes you. Communication strength, enforcement ability and the ability to inspire teams are among your personal strengths. An existing customer network is of advantage and is gladly introduced. Finding knowledge of relevant standards and regulations, such as the drinking water regulation, VOB, BGB, factory contract law and accident prevention regulations, are part of your professional repertoire.
