• Consumer management:Contain the overview of consumables, furniture and spare parts, identify early requirements and ensure smooth reorders.
• Restoration organisation: Oversized goods receipt, professional storage and regular damage check to ensure order and control in the warehouse.
• Coordination on site: Accompanying off-road companies, coordinate their activities and be the reliable contact person in daily operation.
• Digital documentation: Document all goods movements and stocks carefully and directly in the ERP system for maximum transparency.
• Reclamation management: Lead complaints to clarification and contribute to the quick and professional troubleshooting.
• Inventure & Quality:Responsibility for the furniture stock as well as the inventory as a conscientious inventory officer and ensure compliance with processes, quality and safety requirements. Your profile
• Completed training in the warehouse or logistics area or technical background.
• ️ Experience with common ERP systems and safe handling of MS Office.
• ⚙️ Technical understanding of drawings and logical storage processes.
• forklift: Ideally owned a forklift.
• Structured, reliable and independent working, even in stressful situations.
