The department „Klinikgruppe DRV-Bund“ controls 21 own rehabilitation centers with 27 rehabilitation clinics. The goal is to set strategic impulses, set standards and increase process efficiency in the interaction between clinics, head office and department.

Designing and optimizing a comprehensive clinical product and indication strategy as well as identifying unique features Expansion and further development of new as well as existing services and key indications with professional support for change of indications Analyze the reha market, derive opportunities and risks as well as action needs Defining product-related targets and guide planks in coordination with department management, regional directors and clinic lines advise the management levels on market, indication and product-related issues Development of decision bases for management, self-government and other bodies

You combine high analytical thinking with conceptual implementation strength and a pronounced interface competence. You have a strategic vision and a structured, self-responsible way of working as well as clear communication at all levels. In keeping with change processes, you act targeted and persistent.
