Application and development of agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban for efficient cooperation in IT teams Analysis, conception, introduction and continuous optimization of IT processes and workflows Assessment of new technologies, methods and trends in their added value for IT and existing system landscapes Coordination of cooperation between departments, IT, software development and other stakeholders Recording, analysis, assessment and prioritization of technical and technical requirements in close coordination with stakeholders Support of agile teams in process design, work organisation and implementation of common goals Identification of optimization potentials and development and implementation of appropriate measures to increase efficiency

Completed training or studies in the field of computer science, business informatics or comparable qualifications Experience with agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban, ideally as Scrum Master:in, Agile Manager:in or Team Leader:in Funded IT confession and knowledge of technical relationships, system landscapes and interfaces Experience in the analysis, design and optimization of IT processes Understanding modern IT architectures, software development and current technology trends Embossed communication and coordination capabilities as well as a structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Openness for new technologies, initiative and willingness to continue development German language skills (min. C1 level)
