Processing of regressions Your future tasks:

• Implementation of transferable claims according to § 116 SGB X
• Determining facts
• Assessment of the legal and legal situation
• Correspondence with liability insurance, legal advisers, member companies and insured persons

To do this, bring:

• Completed degree to/from the Dipl. Administration, Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Arts (legal accident insurance) or a comparable degree
• Ideally important knowledge in civil and social law for the processing of regressive matters
• Negotiating skills
• Creativity in finding solutions
• readiness for multi-day missions
