Working Student Content Management (m/f/d)

Content Management: You're puggling and updating content as well as product data in our online shop and making an appealing presentation of our products. Shop Management: You support the creation, maintenance and quality assurance of product information, images, downloads and other shop content. Customer Experience: You are involved in the processing of customer requests and orders and contribute to an optimal shopping experience. Rating management: You support customer feedback in close cooperation with customer service and marketing. Marketing campaigns: You support the creation and maintenance of voucher and promotion rules as well as the implementation of online store actions and seasonal campaigns. Product leashes: You accompany product launches through content creation, product data maintenance, campaign support and reporting. International Content Management: You support the maintenance of content for our American online shop and the processing of B2B manufacturing requests. Content optimization: You take care and optimization of product comparisons, product recommendations, product data as well as the creation and search of blog content.

Studies: You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree course, e.g. in the field of business, computer science, media or comparable. Interest: You are passionate about digital media, online shops, content management and e-commerce. Working: You work structured, carefully and independently. Team skills: You are communicative and like to work with different disciplines. Technical understanding: You have a good sense of digital systems and the handling of product data. You have good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
